I am 26 yrs old and after getting married I let myself go.  
I didn’t realize how much I had let myself go.  

Six yrs and 2 kids later, I went from 155 lbs to 227 lbs a size 12 to a

I have stayed about the same weight for the last 14 years.

I have tried numerous diets including giving up all soda pop for an
entire year and the most I ever lost was 5 lbs.

I started this diet at 208 lbs. and 3 weeks later I was 188 lbs.

Can you believe it I've lost over 2 inches all around, its amazing!!!

I was 158 and today I weighed in at 142!! Can you believe it, 16 pounds

In the 21 days of the diet, I lost a total of 16 pounds and more
than 14 total inches.

I am so happy with the amazing results!

What I loved about this diet as opposed to other forms of
watching what I eat and exercising, is that I lost fat in areas that I
never have before and that I did not even know I had fat.

I lost inches in my wrists, my knees, my neck—I had no idea I
